Online conference with Mrs. Suzanne Vallières, psychologist, speaker, author and mother

From wednesday september 8 2021  7:00 p.m. to wednesday september 8 2021  9:00 p.m.

To our members and supporters,

The ADGPQ invites you to an online conference with Mrs. Suzanne Vallières.

Mrs. Suzanne Vallières, psychologist, has been working in the media field since 1996. In addition to collaborating with various magazines, she delivers the fruit of more than twenty years of experience with young people as a specialized trainer, psychotherapist, lecturer and... mother of three children. She is the author of the successful collection "Les psy-trucs", translated into six languages.

Here is the conference program in a few lines.

Grandparents play an increasingly important role in today’s families. By supporting parents and having closer ties with their grandchildren, they are indirectly involved in the latter’s daily life and education.

However, it can be difficult to determine one’s role and to put it into practice:

  •     How far should I go in enforcing discipline?
  •     How do I express to my child that I disagree with some of his parenting practices?
  •     What should I do if there are major conflicts and my child prevents me from seeing my grandchildren?
  •     What is the developmental impact for a grandchild of being deprived of his grandparent?

This conference aims to answer the questions of many grandparents and to offer concrete tips to help them live their role to the fullest, while preserving a harmonious education that respects the values of the parents, for the well-being of the child!

This conference will be interactive and will provide you with concrete tips throughout the meeting.

The conference is free for members and $10 for non-members. If you wish to become a member of our Association, it is $25 per person and $40 for a couple. This gives you access to a free activity each month and significant discounts on the fees of certain professionals.
