ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

You are cordially invited to the 2022 Annual General Meeting which will be held this year in hybrid mode: face-to-face and virtual.

If you wish to come before the meeting to network and fellowship, join us in person at the Hotel le Mortagne located at 1228 Nobel Street in Boucherville for lunch. You just have to arrive at 11:15 am. Lunch is served around noon. On this occasion, lunch is free for members and volunteers and $10 for non-members.

If you wish to attend in person, please confirm your presence before September 7 (required to confirm the number of people for the dinner) by clicking on the REGISTER button at the top or bottom of the screen.

For those who wish to join us on ZOOM will receive an email with the link to access the virtual room after registration. You must click on the REGISTER button located at the top or bottom of your screen. You will simply need to click on the ZOOM link sent at 1:00 pm.

Note that the Board of Directors has four positions up for election this year. All members in good standing, as of September 10, are eligible to run for one of the four elected board positions. A member in good standing is a volunteer or contributor. To apply for a position on the board, please send an email to: agpq@grands-parents.qc.ca. Anyone interested in parent-child/grandparent relationships is welcome.
