We invite you to our Action and Mobilization Committee meeting on Thursday, June 17 at 7:00 p.m. which will focus on the documents tabled by the President in defense of article 611 CCQ which presumes that it is in the child’s best interest to maintain relationships with their grandparents.

We welcome your ideas to help us prepare our strategy to protect the rights of grandparents and their grandchildren.

This will be as usual via ZOOM. The link will be sent to you by Thursday, June 17. To register, click on the REGISTER button at the top or bottom of the screen.

We look forward to seeing you this Thursday, June 17 on the Zoom platform.

P.S. Here is what article 611 CCQ currently says:

"Fathers and mothers may not, without serious cause, interfere with the personal relations of the child with his grandparents. Failing an agreement between the parties, the terms and conditions of such relations shall be settled by the court. "
