The Association is pleased to invite you to a new videoconference that will be held on Tuesday, May 11 at 7:00 p.m.

Do you have questions about your rights in the health and social services system? Would you like to know how you can assert them? Mr. Sébastien Harvey, intervention coordinator of the Fédération des Centre d’aide et d’accompagnement aux plaintes (CAAP), will be present to inform you and answer your questions. On the menu for the evening:

    The rights of users of the health and social services system;
    The complaints process and possible appeals;
    The role of the Service Quality and Complaints Commissioner and the role of the CAAPs (complaint assistance and support centers);
    Abuse and specific recourses;
    The rights and recourses of tenants of RPAs (private residences for seniors).


This video conference is free of charge. To register, please click on the REGISTER button located at the top or bottom of your screen. The videoconference will take place via the ZOOM platform. At the scheduled time, simply click on the ZOOM link you have been sent.

In order to ensure that everything is running smoothly, we will open the "virtual" room at 6:30 p.m. to give you time to familiarize yourself with the platform and to exchange with each other.

The conference will be followed by a question and answer period.
