Online conference with Mr. Luc Trudeau, lawyer

The AGPQ invites you to a free online conference with Mr. Luc Trudeau, lawyer. Mr. Luc Trudeau, a family lawyer with more than thirty-five years of experience, will discuss the right of grandchildren to maintain their ties with their grandparents at both the Superior Court and the Youth Chamber levels and will explain the existing recourses in this regard.

How do we keep in touch with our grandchildren during the pandemic?

Many grandparents, since the beginning of the containment, have appealed to our Association because they are concerned. They received a favorable judgment from the youth court or the Superior Court but have not seen their grandchildren since the containment.

Me Trudeau will be available to answer questions from the members on this thorny but very real issue.

The conference will take place via the ZOOM platform. ZOOM, an Internet platform, makes it possible to participate in real time to conferences.

The conference is therefore scheduled for Tuesday, June 2 at 7:00 p.m. We will open the "virtual" room at 6:45 p.m. to give you time to familiarize yourself with the platform and to exchange with each other. The conference will last approximately one hour and will be followed by a question and discussion period.

The link to the virtual room will be sent to you by email after you register for the conference. At the scheduled time, simply click on the ZOOM link provided.

You will be able to join the conference from a computer, tablet or cell phone. You will also be able to listen to the conference from a landline phone.
