Coffee meeting on mobilization and sharing

From thursday july 8 2021  7:00 p.m. to thursday july 8 2021  9:00 p.m.

Hello,

Due to the national holidays of Quebec and Canada, there were no meetings on the last two Thursdays. We will continue them on Thursday, July 8th:

1- Mobilization.

2- Discussion on the theme: Being a grandparent, you can learn it.

3- Free sharing of grandparents who need it.

In the first part, we will discuss the different ways to lobby against the reduction of grandparents’ rights in the reform of the Family Law Act. Among others: press conference of a coalition of organizations supporting the demands of the Association; petition, letter to the MP, etc.

Nicole Mousseau, senior consultant in strategic communications and public participation will attend this meeting as an observer. This will allow her to better understand the problems of grandparents. Therefore, she will be able to better help us in her work for us.

Afterwards, we will discuss the theme: Being a grandparent, you learn.

Then, there will be a free sharing for those who are interested.

We need your story and your ideas to help us prepare our strategy to protect the rights of grandparents and their grandchildren.

This meeting will be free but we invite you to become a member.

To register, click on the REGISTER button located at the top or bottom of your screen.

We look forward to seeing you on July 8th on the ZOOM platform. We will send you the link during the week.

We wish you all the best,

Henri Lafrance, President
